Diamante Couples Invitational

For three days in August, 43 couples traveled from seven states to play in the Diamante Couples Invitational at Diamante Country Club. Billed as the chance to play the #3 rated course in Arkansas couples hailed from Texas (23), Arkansas (10), Oklahoma (5), Missouri (2), Louisiana (1), Illinois (1) and Florida (1). 

Playing couples braved the record heat while being treated to one Practice Round and two days of a modified Stableford format competition on the handsomely maintained course. After play they dined on delicious meals prepared by Executive Chef Noralee Bowles and her staff. Overwhelmingly the comments were about the friendliness of the Diamante members and Staff, the special attention they received and the condition and layout of the course.
