Successful Art Class

Brenda Lawrence, Bob Ross Certified Instructor, taught an eager ban of budding artist the painting style of Bob Ross at a special event held in the Diamond room on Wednesday, March 30.

About the Instructor

Brenda has sketched and painted in most of her life. She has been a certified art instructor for many years and has taught classes in many locations in Arkansas. She is a pet portrait artist and studied under Marion Dutton from England. Brenda attended the Las Vegas Painting Convention in 2019. She is a certified Bob Ross Instructor in landscape and florals, and is a Partner in Painting with the late Wilson Bickford. She attending painting seminars in Sedona and Indiana with Gary Jenkins. She is a regular participant in the Delta Arts show in Newport every year. Brenda is an animal lover and paints pets, especially horses. She teaches landscapes, seascapes, and florals, and loves western art.
