Employee Holiday Fund

Greetings!

Hard to believe the holiday season is fast approaching! This is the part of the year when time flies due to holiday plans, shopping, and entertaining family. It also means it is time for the Employee Holiday Fund. This is a great opportunity to show your appreciation for the many people who make up the Diamante Country Club staff - office, food and beverage, maintenance and golf. Many work behind the scenes including the grounds staff mowing, pool and tennis maintenance, to the dishwasher in the back of the kitchen that you never see (just to name a few).

There will be a $35.00 Employee Holiday Fund charge on your November statement to go toward the Fund. The monies are put into a pool that is fully distributed among the employees based on the number of months employed at the Club. If you prefer to increase or decrease this suggested amount or if you are inclined not to contribute, please contact Kathi Paulson 501.922.1114 or email Kathi kpaulson@diamantecc.com no later than November 15, 2021 for your December statement to be adjusted accordingly. The Holiday Fund is purely voluntary.
