The once-in-a-lifetime Solar Eclipse Weekend will begin Friday, April 5th and conclude late Monday, April 8th. Friday, April 5th and Saturday, April 6th:
Limited Golf Tee Times in the afternoon for NON-HSV RESIDENTS to experience playing the course. This is a Diamante Marketing opportunity. If you have a friend or relative who is interested in Diamante, please let them know about this opportunity. They must prove that they are not a resident of HSV. They may register and prepay by calling the Pro Shop.

Professor Gregory Guisbiers UALR Associate Professor Physical Sciences and Astronomy AND Dr. Peter Trabant, PH.D and Renowned Photographer
In this special informational event, Dr. Guisbiers will talk about what is occurring during the Eclipse while Dr. Trabant will discuss how to safely photograph and view the Eclipse. Light snacks will be provided, and the bar will be open for beverages.
Sunday, April 7th 11:30-4:30 pm at HSV Balboa Pavilion
The Diamante Eclipse Expo
This event is a Diamante Marketing opportunity open to the public and will feature:
Display of classic cars;
Pickleball Drills hosted by Pro Geoff Hodsdon and Jen Stout;
DJ Joe Stafford spinning all-time favorite Eclipse tunes;
Village Golf & Physical Therapy's Amy Jacobson, Kinesiologist, will focus on optimizing physical performance and preventing injury;
Trademark Realty hosting Baggo (cornhole) games and providing Eclipse glasses;
Dr. Trabant on how to best to safely photograph and view the Eclipse, including supplies to craft your Eclipse-safe lens cover for your cell phone cameras
Monday, April 8th 11:31 – 3:10 @ Diamante DPOA Solar Bration
This is the event of the weekend and is for all Diamante Property Owner’s Association (DPOA) dues-paying members and their guests. It will begin at 11:31 am and continue until 3:10 pm. Registration is required with DPOA members paying $30 per person and DPOA member's guests paying $40. Featured in the event will include the following:
Eclipse-themed food and drink;
Live music from Colt & The Old 45s;
Eclipse-themed music from Joe Stafford;
Games and contests;
Pair of complimentary Eclipse glasses for viewing the Solar Eclipse;
Since the Total Solar Eclipse is a once-in-a-lifetime experience, we want you to celebrate it with a memento T-shirt. The shirts are available in the Diamante Pro Shop. The shirts are unisex sizing, so if in doubt try one on.
Available sizes range from XS to 3XL, but 4XL can be ordered. The cost per shirt is $35 (the Buyer’s Discount will not apply to these.)
Quantities available are limited so please purchase the shirts as soon as possible. If the Pro Shop does not have yoursize, it can be ordered with a 7–10-day delivery window.
