Watch as the sarcastic Sophia Petrillo, (Cle Riordan) persuades housemates Blanche (Jeanne Ballard), Dorothy (Suzanne Iantosca) and Rose (Susan Anderson) to enter the Ms Senior Diamante Pageant. Pageant emcee, Sam Sung (Neil Phelan) does an admirable job in moving the pageant ladies through the talent, evening gown and question/answer sections before the five judges (Joan Irwin, David Brady, Sophia Petrillo, Keith Hughes, BJ Conner). Besides Blanche, Dorothy and Rose, other contestant finalists are Harriet Hassledorf (Andrea Renner) and Gladys Godfrey (Donna Doyle). Wiff and the Giggles (Lead singer Roy Marsh, Jim Robinson, Thad Woodside, Jesse Stephens, Kevin McMillen), provide the musical entertainment for the pageant.
As per past Diamante movies, there will be hilarious “commercials” unlike any you’ve ever seen. Look for the e-blast announcement for making your reservations. Where else can you see a movie in which you know all the movie stars?
